Brief Answer:
Some options listed.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I am sorry about what you are going through.

Chronic spinal issues such as yours are often difficult to treat. Usually first option is always over the counter non-steroid anti-inflammatory pain killers and physical therapy, hoping to strengthen spinal support muscles and ease the load on the spine. Apart from over the counter pain killers like Ibuprofen medication for chronic pain may also be used like Pregabalin or Duloxetin.

If that is not enough usually local injections of anti-inflammatory steroids and analgesics are used which may relieve symptoms for some months.

When that doesn't work either then surgery may be needed to relieve the impingement. At times surgery may be done earlier skipping the previous steps when there is spinal cord compression (depending on imaging findings) which may risk long term disability.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
