Hello,

What I understand is that this changes are happening due to changes in the physiology of the human body as at certain age there are physiological changes everyone of us go through. What I will say is that we all age at certain phase of our life and our joints and muscles undergoes physiological changes which is like degenerative changes. Since your pain is in the hip, and the knee which are bigger joints and fingers which are smaller joints, O assume it to be degenerative changes in the body as the muscles may not have sufficient strength to transfer weight in the required fashion.

I will advise you to use hot water fermentation for the areas where it is painful and post that do some simple isometric exercises. In most cases, the symptoms improve when the isometric is performed as the required strength is regained within 3-4 weeks of time. once you start small and simple isometric exercises you will start finding changes in the 3-4 days of time but need to go for a longer number of weeks until we get enough strength to maintain the muscle strength and also the joint space.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
