Brief Answer:
No need for ursocol
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Well the diagnosis is right but there is no need for ursocol as of now. You can repeat SGOT SGPT affer 6 weeks and if it is more than the present value you can start ursocol.
Regarding Thyronorm I think a 50 mcg dose is enough to start with. Repeat TSH after 6 weeks and review.
Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarification feel free to ask.

Thank you doctor!
I was also thinking on these lines. Can you tell whether I shall have to take thyroid medication for whole life or it can be cured. Actually I am a non- smoker and non-drinker. Also this was the first time i visited any doctor in the last 20 years of my life with the exception in XXXXXXX 2014 when I contracted chicken pox. It is my feeling that I developed some fatigue just after that period. Also shall I practice any diet restrictions. As of now I consume mutton or chicken and eggs daily. I am 6 ft 1and my weight is 90 kg.

Brief Answer:
Difficult to tell at present .
Detailed Answer:
HI
At this point it is very difficult to tell whether you require life long treatment for thyroid. In some people it gets cured with time ( 2-5 years ). So keep continuing treatment and repeat TSH after 2 months and revert .
Fatigue is due to Thyroid problem and will resolve slowly after initiation of treatment.
Diet for Thyroid : Avoid cabbage, Cauliflower and Spinach. ( life long )
Diet for Elevated SGPT,SGOT : Avoid non veg food , alcohol ( for 2 months )
Regards.
