Question: Good Morning Doctor
Facing back pain problem since last 2 days .
I tried to do some simple exercise but it gives me back pain at end point ie, junction spinal cord with waist bone at back side.
I generally dont do regular exercise.
Also can you advice me some tips to improve the visibility of eyes. Just 2 days before I checked my eys in spectacles shop Vision Express shop where they found number -1 right eye and -0.75 to left eye. Last eyes I checked with eye specialist almost 16 yrs before where -0.25 and -0.25 was number was suggested by doctor but I didnt use it as using specs always feel me weight on my eyes.

Lack of physical activity causes back pain. You must make it a habit to exercise regularly, and stretch your muscles.
For now, since there is pain for 2 days, you can rest for a couple of days. I usually advise my patients Tablet Brufen MR twice daily after food and adequate rest to the back. You could try this as well.
Keep your back erect always. You can use a soft cushion on your back for comfort.
To improve your vision, you must consume foods that are rich in vitamin A like one to two carrots a day, tomatoes and citrus fruits.
For your current number at -1 right eye and -0.75 to left eye, you may have to use glasses. You can contact a nearby Eye specialist or Ophthalmologist for it.
There are fiber glasses available these days that are light weight and cause no weight on your eyes.
