Ok...I noticed it last night, it looks like blisters waiting to be punctured, and it's so painful, here's a picture of what it looks like.

Try to keep the area clean.Wash it will warm clean water .Avoid soaps because it can irritate the area further.
You can take Ibuprofen or Tylenol to ease the pain. Sitz baths with warm water can ease the discomfort.
Apply a topical antibiotics like Neosporin for some days and see if the symptoms improve.If not I you need to consult a physician for proper management.
