Suggest Treatment For Bacterial Vaginosis

Question: I am having low stomach cramps and vaginal pressure, itching, and little extra discharge. I have been in a monotonous relationship for three years... I saw a doctor 5 days ago. She diagnosed me with bacteria vaginosis. I have 3 full days of medication left but it doesn't seem to be working fully. I also have bad back problems that have radiated to my hips, is it possible that it radiated to my pelvis? I also have lichen simplex chronicus and stomach issues. Could this all be related?

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Bacterial vaginosis is managed by -
- antibiotics
- local hygiene
- precaution with partner in the form of condom or avoiding intercourse as a whole.
And the backache you are having can be related to this infection only.
Once infection is treated it will be relieved till then you can take paracetamol whenever you are very uncomfortable.
This all is not related to lichen simplex chronicus but the antibiotics can cause stomach issues like gastritis and nausea in patients already having them.
Take care. In case you have other questions you can contact me directly on http://bit.ly/drmanishajain
