Brief Answer:
Surgery can be done now, HPE exam. should be done

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
The FNAC report suggests presence of benign proliferative disorder.
On the basis of clinical history and cytological features, the benign proliferative lesion is a fibroadenoma.
Fibroadenoma is a benign lesion of breast.
Benign lesion is one which which does not have malignant features and does not metastasize to distant sites.
The lump should be removed.
There is no harm in waiting for one year but this unnecessary delay should be avoided.
The surgery for fibroadenoma is a simple one and required post operative care as in any other surgery.
The healing of the wound takes 7-10 days if proper care is taken.
The surgery will not interfere with your future pregnancy or lactation.
Do not forget to get histopathological examination (HPE) of the lump after surgery.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.
