Brief Answer:
hormone support needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

There are studies that show there is a 60 % probability of successful pregnancy in patients with a bicornuate uterus.

In your case advice from my side-

- Please do complete bed rest.
- Do not join occupation.
- Your doctor will provide some hormonal support (progesterone and HCG injection) as you are spotting.
- You should regular in your visit to your doctor and go for investigation and examination as per schedule.
- You should take balanced and healthy diet rich in vegetables and fruits to avoid constipation (avoid pressure on the lower abdomen because chances of premature delivery in these cases)
- Drink a lot of water

Bicornuate uterus has an untoward effect on pregnancy outcome like premature delivery, miscarriage, low birth weight baby, breech presentation and retained product of the placenta after delivery. So please prepare yourself for the same. Discuss about these events with your gynecologist during subsequent antenatal check ups.

If you demand a caesarean section for your baby health then there is no need to worry about it.

Hence you should take bed rest with a healthy diet and continue your pregnancy under supervision of your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query if you have further questions I will be happy to assist you.

Wishing you a good fortune for your future.
Enjoy secure and happy motherhood.
Good luck.
Regards
Dr.Richa

Brief Answer:
Follow the advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I'm so sorry for my delayed response.

In my view you should take as much rest as possible now till you are spotting after that you can walk and do some mild exercise (not strenuous) after consulting your treating doctor.

You can perform some yoga and meditation.

Backache is a very common complaint in early pregnancy.

You should avoid painkiller as a good deal as possible.
Please follow the advice-
Apply a heating pad or hot compress
Do not stand for long periods of time
- Sit in good order
Try sleeping on a firm mattress
- Hold your spine straight as much possible
-Consume a lot of calcium
Maintain your ideal weight

You should consume a diet which is rich in fiber and contain lots of whole grains, low carbohydrate, lots of vegetables and fruits and nuts.
Drinking a lot of water.
You should take yogurt in good quantity and low fat dairy product
You can take omega3 fatty acid and high protein diet.

Hope this is useful and enlightening to you.

Feel free to ask more question.

Wishing you a happy and safe motherhood.
Good luck.
Regards
Dr.Richa
