Suggest Treatment For Black Stool And Weight Loss

Question: went to bathroom today. black stool. 2nd time, same thing. never had it before. I did work out yesterday in both the morning and at night. Was doing ab exercises - crunches, leg lifts, sit ups. I don't have any pain. Stomach is tight from ab exercise. I will mention that I have had trouble periodically over the last few months swallowing. I attributed it to not chewing enough and it was like the food got stuck in my throat. I need to drink something to make it go down. That did happen the day before at lunch. One last thing. I have had a couple hiccup episodes in the last couple weeks. When it starts, it's might be 15 or 20 hiccups in quick fashion. Thoughts? and it's much appreciated. XXXXXXX
