Suggest Treatment For Bladder Infection

default
Posted on Wed, 22 Feb 2017
Question: Hello,

I had a bladder infection that took a few courses of antibiotics to treat (approximately 3 weeks)...subsequently I have developed a yeast infection. I treated the yeast infection while I was still taking the antibiotics using a three day treatment of canesten cream. The symptoms seemed to improve but it's been three days since I finished the antibiotics and canesten, and symptoms still seem to be there. I'm itchy, mild abdominal pain, and vaginal spotting. Is this normal, or still the yeast infection? Should I be worried?? Could it be something worse. STIs and pregnancy were ruled out. Is it abnormal to have to continue to treat it? I'm worried.
