Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your question.
It is possible that this had turned into a basal cell cancer. It needs evaluation by a dermatologist and may need removal.
From looking at the photos you sent I see the blood vessels that you describe and this is typical of basal cell cancers.
Basal cell cancers are a common type of skin cancer and do not cause spread to other places and are not life threatening, but they can grow locally.
It is best to have it evaluated by a dermatologist. If they think it may be a basal cell they will want to remove it.
We can not make an accurate diagnosis from just looking at it in a photo. If the dermatologist just thinks it is just an irritated mole they can tell you that and reassure you that it is okay.
If they are not sure they will want to either remove it or biopsy it to be sure.

Hello,
From the photos you have sent it does not have the characteristics of a melanoma. It looks like either just an irritated mole or a basal cell.

In that case , does this will leave a scar on my face ?
yes, it would leave small scar
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Yes if it needed to be completely removed it would leave a small scar. Dermatologists are very good at leaving minimal scars. Plastic surgery would be another option, they might even leave a smaller scar.
If they suggest removal you could also request a biopsy first to make sure it really needs total removal
