Suggest Treatment For Bloating And Abdominal Pain

Question: Hi, background is - 26 year old female with 3 children. 2 natural birth 1 emergency C section from placental abruption (unnoticed until rupture membranes at 30 weeks gestation and scan revealed). I have had CINII and then had my HPV injections and it has not returned. For the past 12 months I have been having bloating stomach pains and slowly have been loosing sensation of doing bowel movements. When I do go it can be every day to 4 days between. for the past 4 weeks my pain has gotten excruciating. I start having very sharp pains in my stomach and need to go to the toilet instantly. Then I pass a lot of blood and mucous with a soft stool. I am not constipated my normal bowel habits prior to all of this is every 2-3 days. I have passed blood before and it went away after 2 bowel movements so have been waiting but it seems to be gradually increasing and a lot more painful even when not needing to go toilet.
I eat a regular healthy diet, no drugs or medications, no alcohol. Extremely tired and have lost 6.1kg in the past 5 weeks.
