1. Any history of pain in stomach area? Not typically, but I did have my gal bladder removed in 2008. I tend to react to coffee, spicy foods and greasy foods (sometimes but not always)
2. If yes then does pain settle/improve after taking food? I haven't eaten much because I have felt so full.
3. do you feel burning sensation in center chest area as well? No.
4. any history of nausea, vomiting or fever? No.
5. any history of constipation or diarrhea? No.
6. does symptoms aggravate after taking meal? I'm not too sure because I haven't eaten too much in the last few days.
7. are you on any medication? I take celexa (10 mg/day) and trying tums and diovol or gas.
8. any history of diabetes, hypertension or other illness? I do have high blood pressure.
9. any family history of chronic illness? No.
10. any other symptom that you would like to share? It does seem to improve when I pass gas. But I still feel like a stich is on my left side under my rib. Feels tender and uncomfortable and like it is pinching, similar to a cramp.

Hello
Thank you for getting back with the answers. Some times proper digestion does not occurs and as a result such symptoms appear. If i were your treating doctor then i would have advised following things:
> Medical Care:
- Omeprazole one daily for 14 days
- sucralfate suspension thrice a day for 10 days
> General Care:
Medical care can do NOTHING if you donot take general care about your health. Following steps would help you to recover slowly:
- take small frequent meals.
- take 30-45mins walk/exercise daily in the evening. It will make you fresh, healthy and is good for digestion.
- Don't lie down immediately after taking meal
- Eat a diet rich in fiber, especially from fruits and vegetables
> AVOID:
fatty & oily food.
spices
heavy meals at night
carbonated & caffeine drinks
chocolates
hopefully you will see improvement in 3-4 days but if condition remains same or aggravates then you need to visit hospital for further workup.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
