Brief Answer:
Nasal decongestant drops are effective

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hi
Good afternoon.

If you do not have fever or cough or other symptoms then nasal decongestant drops containing Oxymetazoline (OTRIVIN-O) or Xylometazoline (NASIVION) are found to be effective for the symptomatic relief of blocked or running nose.
They should not be used for more than 3-5 days.
You can also take oral antihistamine (with less drowsiness) like Levocetrizine for the relief of blocked ear.

I would also advise you to take steam inhalation for the relief of nasal block.

Hope I could answer your query.
