Question: Very slow urination blocked urinary tract always had a slow weak flow but about a year ago it got sore while urinating had a bad accident when I was a child in a coma for few weeks lost spleen and liver was ruptured urine clear but pain in left side now and again male 44

My urine flow was always very slow and weak it seemed to get worse over the last few years they done a flow test and it was totally flat about a year ago i couldn't urinate and had to force push to start an a bit of green puss or something like that came out it hasn't happened since but stings when urinating also sore when having intercourse and sperm does not flow as fast but no blood in urine or sperm. Groin tender is this common complaint an does it get worse over time
