I studied your query and your concerns seem to be-
Constipation occurred following blood in your stool. You tried to resolve constipation by taking Castor oil without doctors checking and advise. You repeated the dose for the castor oil which resulted in to cramps in abdomen followed by diarrhea.

The information is incomplete, still I will try to explain your condition as best as I can.

In my opinion -you had blood in stool, this was mostly due to the fissure in ano. The proctitis flared up after the hard stools caused blood in the stool.

-Causes of these Concerns are as follows-
This lead to the -post-trauma proctitis which in turn lead to anal sphincter spasm and this lead to -Constipation.
@ To resolve this Constipation which occurred after the blood in stool, you took Castor oil, after which you had cramps followed by diarrhea,which is nothing but the excessive-evacuation effect of the Castor oil, which you took earlier.
-Side-effect or Excessive unwanted effect of double dose of Castor oil-

But the diarrhea followed by cramps....and this is continued in to diarrhea followed by cramps again.

a-Fissure in ano-is the ulcer at the anus which mostly has caused blood in stool and has later on caused the Constipation-as it causes spastic anal sphincter which leads to Constipation and needs to be treated if present-after more information from you .
b-maintain the ORS feeds-means Oral Rehydration Salts feeds -frequently to avoid any dehydration and fluid imbalance due to the post-castor oil diarrhoea , in your case and is advised to recoup the disturbed body condition by diarrhoea.
