Suggest Treatment For Blurred Vision Along With Headache And Dizziness

Question: My daughter has blurred vision on her left eye gets bloody noses past few days her blurred vision is been going on for almost a month she gets headaches sometimes lightheaded sometimes she's been to the eye doctor and they sent her to a eye specialist and both said everything looks perfect so they sent her to get a MRI and we're waiting to see what the results are I'm so worried hoping it's not a brain tumor.
