Suggest Treatment For Blurred Vision And Tiredness

Question: Hello,
Since last Saturday, I've had blurred vision in my left eye. It started suddenly. I do have extremely bad vision anyway and I thought I might have scratched my glasses. However, even with my glasses off my vision is "different". For several days afterward I was more tired than normal. I have been diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's, anxiety and depressive disorders, and mild cognitive impairment. At some point in my life, I had a TIA. I had never known this until I had a brain MRI. A few months ago, I was trying to open a door and my mind went completely blank. I couldn't remember howtj to open it. Luckily it only lasted for a few seconds. Someone told me this was a TIA, but I don't believe it. I am very concerned however, about having a stoke. I currently take 25-100 Carb/Levo 3 times a day. Should I be concerned about my eye?
