Brief Answer:
Muscle fatigue seems to be the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

The mentioned problems seem to be occurring due to accumulation of lactic acid in muscles thus causing muscle fatigue. You need to get your thyroid profile checked. Low thyroid hormones could lead to such problems. My suggestions would be:
* Walk regularly in the morning. Back it up with free hand exercises.
* Take small meals but at reduced intervals.
* Take juicy fruits like citrus fruits as well as bananas. They contain potassium which is essential for proper muscle contraction. It should help.
* Take fiber rich diet.
* Take plenty of water and fluids.
* Take plenty of green vegetables as well as colorful fruits and vegetables.

Hoping it to help.

Regards
