Brief Answer:
Vascuar insufficiency should ruled out, go for antibiotic and analgesic med

Detailed Answer:
Hi,XXXX,
Thanks for posting query.
Firstly we should find out the cause of having boils on that particular part.
Commonest cause might be just some irritation, itching and producing some skin or soft tissue infection.
Another commonest cause of having boils on back of leg might be having some vascular insufficiency giving rise less circulation leading to decrease oxygen supply and giving rise infection.
So it is advisable to consult vascular surgeon and find out varicose veins or some deep vein thrombosis.
Meanwhile go for one course of antibiotic medicine for 5-7 days which will cure infection and you will get relief.
For pain take ibuprofen, paracetamol combination medicine as and when required.
Apply antibiotic cream after proper cleaning.
I hope I answered your query.
If you have further query or clarification, please write back.
Wishing you speedy recovery.

chronic skin problem or diabetes should be ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, XXXX,
Thanks for posting query again.
As this is of long duration problem there can be possibility of having some skin problem like dermatitis or some vascular insufficiency.
Rule out diabetes as well where developing infection is common.
There is no relation with taking any food.
Initially treatment remains same to control infection.
Clean local part with antiseptic lotion and go for regular dressing with antibiotic cream.

You can ask if you need any clarification.

Brief Answer:
Take ibu-para combination insted of panadol for pain along with antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi, XXXX,
Sorry for giving reply late.
Panadol is paracetamol and it is comparatively less effective against pain.
Instead you can take Ibuprofen, paracetamol or Diclophenac, paracetamol combination medicine to get relief from pain.
Unless you go for antibiotic medicine like Amoxicilin, cleavunic combination or Levofloxacilin medicine to control infection, pain will remain there.
You can take antibiotic and analgesic medicine together.
Take analgesic every 6-8 hour.
I think I answered your query to your satisfaction.
Ok and take care.
