Suggest Treatment For Boils On The Neck, Cheek And Elbow

Question: Hello Dr.
These are the pictures of my daughter's left cheek, neck and elbow where you will see kind of boils (not sure of exact word). These boils are dry in nature and does not release any discharge. These are on her face and other parts of the body for last 6-7 months. There were others which came and healed automatically, but these three shown in the pictures have not gone away for a long time now.
Need you suggestion and help to get rid of them permanently.
Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
The lesions appear to be due to a infective condition called Molluscum Contagiosum.
