I have been told that i have borderline overactive tyroid - medication isnt required - is there anyway i can improve this before my next blood test in 6 weeks
Brief Answer:
Follow up
Detailed Answer:
thanks for the follow up.
I really think the only thing that I would do would be to focus on good diet and exercise. Healthy eating in adequate rest are important as well. Otherwise there are no particular things I would do or consider to help improve the blood test. Sometimes overactive thyroid is something that we cannot control completely.
Please follow up with your doctor for further testing.

Is it a managable condotion?
Brief Answer:
Considerations
Detailed Answer:
this is a very manageable condition. It is very important that you follow up with your doctor on a regular basis for a good clinical examination and sometimes laboratory testing as well.
Again focus on good diet and exercise and I am sure you'll be fine.
