Brief Answer:
take 2 tablets
Detailed Answer:
Dear member
Thanks for writing.
Spotting when taking ocpill is very common.
It is due to decreased estrogen support to endometrium.
Take 2 pills daily for few days ,when the breakthrough bleeding will decrease later continue with one pill per day.
You can also take tab progynova twice a day along with the pill . This will decrease the bleeding.
Hope this was helpful.
Please write back if you have any questions
Thanks

Thank you very much for the quick answer. Should I take the pills at exactly the same time or could I also take one now in the afternoon (I take them at midnight usually). So every 12 hours?
Brief Answer:
can take together
Detailed Answer:
Dear member,
Thanks for writing back.
You can take together as there is not much difference in estrogen levels if taken twice a day. besides it's easy to remember.
Thanks
