Suggest Treatment For Breast Lump

Question: Hello I have lump in my left breast I am a 35 year old male it is very tender to touch. I have had it for a while now. Please help
Brief Answer:
investigation required
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
the lump has to be localized. Is it a skin infection? Is it inside the breast tissue? Somewhere else?
Clinical examination by your doctor would be very helpful in this regard. Most painful lumps are benign in nature. It has to be an inflammatory or infectious process but - of course - I can't diagnose anything from afar!
If the lump is not superficial then radiological tests would help to localize it. The choice of tests depends on clinical examination data.
I hope you find my comments helpful!
You can contact me again, if you'd like any clarification or further information.
Kind Regards!

I think it is in the breast tissue.
Brief Answer:
it can be approached radiologically
Detailed Answer:
You'd better let your doctor localize it for you. If it's in the breast tissue then it can be approached with various tests. Ultrasound scan and MRI scan are good choices for it. Clinical examination data are very important.
