Brief Answer:
Start her on following line of treatment for better relief

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM
I completely understand your concerns but don't worry. Bronchitis occurs when the airways are hypersensitive to some allergens in the surroundings leading to inflammation and narrowing of air passages. Antibiotics are not the complete treatment for an episode of bronchitis. You can take the following measures to help her:
1. Start her on Syp Salbutamol for next 3 days. It will help by releasing the spasms.
2. Give Syp. Benadryl or Chlorpheniramine for anti histaminic effect for decongesion.
3. Syp. Azithromycin for next 5 days will help to clear any atypical infections which aggravate bronchitis.
4. Use Syp. Domperidone for vomiting.
5. Use room humidifier while sleeping if the weather is dry.

Hopefully this will help her. In case of any further questions, you may contact me.
Take care
