Question: I injured my left hamstring and have some bruising and I'd like to know what extent the injury (Grade I, Grade II or Grade III). I have some tingling on the sole of my foot

MRI scan is needed for accurate grading of the injury.

Grading of the hamstring injury cna be done only by two ways.

1.Clinical physical and neurological examination by Concerned Specialist.
2.MRI scan of the injured limb.

Please note Grading cannot be done based on the symptoms.
