Verruca vulgaris or wart. Go for radio frequency.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.
I can understand your concern for the bump with whitish thorn like projections coming out of it.
After analyzing the picture with best diligence I can make out that you have the condition known as "Verruca vulgaris " or commonly known as warts.
To tell you simply regarding this conditon - it is a viral infection caused by HPV VIRUS. It can be due to sexual contact or can also be due to close contact with any person having the same kind of infection.
It is quite common condition and there is nothing to be worried about the condition. Typically it starts as small eruption which in due course if time can become bit larger and then forms the thorn like projections as we can see in the picture.
It can be managed very easily by a simple method known as Radio frequency ablation. It requires only few minutes and all dermatologists are specialised to the same.
You can meet a dermatologist and can get removed ablation the earliest.
I hope these informations will help you. I will be glad to answer any further queries.

Hello young fellow,
Welcome again to the forum and thanks for your swift response.
Warts can occur with or without sexual contact both. So you should not just correlate the condition with sexual contact only. As I said in previous mail it can occur without sexual contact too meaning in close skin to skin contact suffice to ot case entry of virus in the skin.
In general is occurs within 3 months of the period of close contact but can be little longer in some persons.
Overall there is nothing be worried about the same and can be easily managed.
I hope these informations will help you. I will be glad to answer any further queries.
