Question : This is the result of an oil spatter in my hand about five days ago. I put neosporin on everyday. Should i do something else so it wont scar?

Thanks for the query and photograph.
The ulcers are in healing stage.
Continue with Neosporin for another 7 days and then stop.
You can use a silicon based gel like contratubex twice daily for a month once you stop Neosporin.
This will prevent development of scar.
