Hi again
Since you have not been taking any medicines, the lesion seems to have developed as an insect bite reaction or an allergic reaction to any food stuff you recently had .
You need to apply a topical steroid like cortisone cream over the lesion twice daily for three to four days .
The lesion should heal soon .
