Brief Answer:
2 possible causes

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I am Dr Mittal. I have read your message. I think I can help you.
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of 2 possible causes.
1. It may be related to Parkinsonism itself.
Over time parkinsonism patients develop backache, urine incontinence, and other such symptoms. So it may be related to parkinsonism and physiotherapy may help you.
2. a possible spine issue has to be considered. And a MRI LS SPINE needs to be tested before further comments can be made.
I suggest get the scan and in the meantime initiate physiotherapy.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
