Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In Stomach And Belchings
Acid reflux disease can be the case.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Stomach burning and burping are quite characteristic symptoms of acid reflux problem. Due to too much stomach acid secretion and lack of proper barrier between stomach and esophagus, food and acid get back to esophagus. This causes esophagus irritation and inflammation.
Bump on your shoulder is most likely some other issue. It may be soft tissues benign lesion like lipoma or sebaceus cyst. Both are benign and do not turn into a cancer.
I suggest you to follow this steps:
- avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, fried foods, coffee (very important), orange juices, chocolate, alcohol
- do not eat before sleeping
- start Omeprasole 20 mgs once a day
- have soft tissues ultrasound to diagnose the bump
If diet wont help, please consult gastrologist and consider gastroscopy.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
Soft tissues ultrasound or spine MRI might be done.
