Brief Answer:
Fungal infection, not STD

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Frequent and painful urination with burning sensation is indicative for yeast infection.
You are also reporting to be using amoxicillin and to be a diabetic. This is also indicating fungal infection as diagnosis.

I advise to :
- discuss with your doctor to start antifungal therapy with fluconazole orally and antifungal cream locally
- keep a good genital hygiene
- avoid sex util improvement

All the best!
