Suggest Treatment For Canker Sores

i suffer from anexity .. and now i am more afraid... please help can be cancer?
I doubt any oral cancer in your case
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting the query
Canker sore or stress ulcer is one of the commonest ENT problems. As you have mentioned that you are having anxiety related issues, that could be one of the prime reasons for the recurrent canker sore and delayed healing. Gastric disturbances, smoking, dehydration, certain medicines, etc. can cause canker sores.
Canker sores turn into cancer when its non healing and history of alcohol and smoking is present. I doubt any oral cancer in your case.
My sincere advice to you is:
1. Drink plenty of warm water.
2. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
3. Avoid chilled food and beverages, coffee, greasy food, fizzy drinks, alcohol and smoking (if any).
4. Try taking multivitamins.
5. Stress busters such as exercise, meditation and relaxation exercises can be highly beneficial.
6. Consult an apt ENT specialist for a complete evaluation and management.
Hope this answers your query; revert back to me if you have any follow up queries.

Absolutely no signs of cancer
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back
I sincerely apologize for the trouble you faced while posting the images.
I have examined the images thoroughly and I am of the opinion that there are no signs of cancer over the tonsil.
The ulcer seen over the right tonsil is present over the crypt of the tonsil with slough in the centre. Trust me, it will heal very soon if you follow the suggestions I gave in the earlier query.
Hope this clarifies your doubts. Wish you good health.

I would stick on to my earlier response; no malignancy seen
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back
I have examined the recent image thoroughly. I can reassure you the ulcer like thing is nowhere closer to malignancy.
If you are still apprehensive, then the tonsil has to be removed and sent for histopathological examination.
Malignancy of the tonsil is common in tobbaco chewers and smokers. As you don't do both, it is extremely rare to get malignancy of the tonsil.
The tiny ulcer like thing, could be a crypt with food material there. A local examination with a probe can help in differentiating between a malignancy, ulcer and a tonsillolith.
You can try using dilute povidone iodine solution gargles or throat spray. This helps in faster healing of the ulceration.
Hope this clarifies your doubt. Wish you good health.
