Sorry for the delay. This is exactly what to do. Please do it now.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX,
I really apologize for the delay.
I have very carefully examined your nicely taken photograph.
I know that your complexion can be restored back to it's original self.
I am confident of this, however...
Do this, right now...
Answer these questions.
1. Does your skin itch? Do you feel like scratching it?
2. Have you been bitten by any insects? Like mosquitos ?
3. Are you allergic to any foods or chemicals in the house and work? (Like fumes, smoke, insecticides, camphor)
Please answer this as best as you can.
Right now, if it itches...
1. Take Levocetrizine Tablets. Take 2 a day. You will get relief.
2. Do not use fingernails when scratching.
3. Apply lactocalamine solution to your face.
Please answer the above questions and you will get an immediate response as to how to make your skin as good, if not better, than it originally was.
Regards,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
