Brief Answer:
Get done chest x ray and PFT.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, there are two possibilities in your case.
1. Post infectious bronchitis.
2. Worsening of Pneumonia.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done chest x ray to rule out worsening of lung infection.
Get done PFT (pulmonary function test) for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
You may need higher antibiotic and inhaled treatment on the basis of these reports.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
