Brief Answer:
It could be just a muscle pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Sameer, Cardiologist .

Chest pain has a lot of causes. Considering few important ones -

1) Cardiac pain - it is diffused, non localized & increases on exertion.

2) Pain due to associated lung disorder - like presence of fluid around lungs - this type of pain increases on inspiration, is localized, pin pointed & pin pricking type.

3) Costochondritis pain - it is very common & occurs because of inflammation at bone & cartilage joint of chest. It also may increase with inspiration, localized & relieved with simple pain killers. It generally goes off in around a week.

4) Muscle pain - it is also very common & increases on putting pressure over the area. It is also relieved with pain killers.

Cardiac causes you have already ruled out with the tests you have done. So you need not to worry as it is the most dangerous cause.

To rule out no 2, you need to get done a chest X Ray and if that too is normal than it is either 3 or 4) which are simple causes & easily relieved with pain killers.

Thanks
Wishing you good health.
