Brief Answer:
It's most likely due to Cervical radiculopathy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for the follow up.

First I will talk about your chest pain, jaw pain and left arm pain. First thing that should be considered is Heart Problem. Since you have got tested with ECG and ECHO and both are normal, there chance of Heart being the cause of your pain is unlikely.

So next possible cause is a condition called Cervical Radiculopathy. This is a condition where there occur compression of nerve at the level of back of neck. This nerve gives sensation to back of head, neck, arm, shoulder, hand, chest and back. Compression of this nerve can cause either pain or tingling or numbness in the above mentioned areas.

I feel you need to get tested for this condition as your symptoms fit very much. For the confirmation of the diagnosis (and also to know the severity) get MRI cervical Spine done and revert back with reports.

Treatment for this varies with the severity of the problem. If it's mild some tablets with Physiotherapy will be enough, but if moderate you may require a Cervical Collar application.

Kindly get the scan done and revert back.

Will be looking forward for your reply.
