Brief Answer:
detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Sometimes it can be normal and not related with any medical problem, mostly if this happens only for a short period of time.
In other causes it might be related to come conditions.
Common causes for feeling cold are:
-Anemia
-Underactive thyroid gland
-Diabetes and hypoglicemia

If this has been there for a while ,you may consult your physician and get examined.
Your doctor can order these simple tests to exclude the above causes.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you need further help.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
