Question: How effective is Cannabinol isolate in controlling chro

Not as much as the parent plant.

Detailed Answer:
But it's pretty effective and it is pretty safe. There is certainly a risk of lung inflammation if it is smoked. This does not apply to the ingested. Marijuana does increase the pulse rate slightly. This could be an issue in some people with known heart trouble but it isn't common for that to occur because the heart rate increase is like climbing a flight of stairs. Maybe less.
Chronic pain is by definition a bit of an odd situaiton since there are a lot of pathways to damp it down (That are not working). In this context, anti-inflammatories do not generally work. Narcotics work to an extent. Marijuana is an alternative to narcotics.
