Hello Dear,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concern.
As per your history and symptoms most likely you are suffering from irritable bowel syndrome.Irritable bowel syndrome is a rather common intestinal tract disease which is characterized by stomach gas, diarrhea or constipation for months. It is a chronic condition whose exact cause, although unknown, is sometimes attributed to the dysfunctional production of the neurotransmitter, dopamine.Initially i would suggest you to go for stool microscopy test.If the test is negative for bacteria or protozoa(gastroenteritis chronic) then it is irritable bowel disease.
Suggestions are
Start taking a probiotic(VSL#3) twice daily,Probiotics contains lactobacillus. These are good bacteria's help in proper digestion of food and will help to revive your depleted gastric flora.Gut flora is the complex community of microorganisms that live in the digestive tracts of humans. The intestinal microflora is a complex ecosystem containing over 400 bacterial species. Anaerobes outnumber facultative anaerobes. The flora is sparse in the stomach and upper intestine, but luxuriant in the lower bowel. Conditions like IBS destroys this microflora of gut and lead to various problems with digestive system including belching, bloating and increased gas and mucous formation unformed stools etc.Probiotic mechanisms of action include enhancement of the epithelial barrier, increased adhesion to intestinal mucosa, and concomitant inhibition of pathogen adhesion production of anti-microorganism substances and modulation of the immune system. In LAY MANS language it contain a lot of bacteria's which forms a part of normal gut flora,Hence it substitutes the flora lost during a pathological condition and improve digestion. In the same way Prebiotics are undigestible food ingredients that beneficially affect the host by selectively stimulating the growth of a limited number of bacteria in the colon, thus improving digestion.Again the work is same to stimulate the growth of the bacteria's in gut flora.Hence overall both of them help restoring the lost gut flora and helps in digestion. They are definitely very good for patients with irritable bowel syndrome in long runs.

Secondly the blood in urine is most likely because of urinary tract infection.A high count of red blood cells in the urine can indicate infection, trauma, tumors, or kidney stones. If red blood cells seen under microscopy look distorted, they suggest kidney as the possible source and may arise due to kidney inflammation (glomerulonephritis). An ultrasonogram should be done initially ( to rule out kidney stone or a tumor in the urinary tract (kidneys, ureters, urinary bladder, prostate, and urethra), along with urine microscopic test.
