Ive been tested for h. Pylori bacteria for ulcer came back negative. Ive had my pancreas tested and its normal. Ive taken nexium and it doesnt work. Do I need to get an endoscopy?
Brief Answer:
Yes,you need upper endoscopy at this moment
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
Having heartburn and burning pain in the stomach are suggestive for possible GERD or gastritis. Yes, I think you need an upper endoscopy for further evaluations and to decide for best treatment strategy.
For the moment, I advise to avoid foods that would aggravate/trigger your symptoms.
Eat often and small portions. Take antacids after meal.
Avoid laying down immediately after eating.
All the best!

I am sorry that your stomach is severely cramping and bloating. I would add :
- omeprazole to ease stomach hyperacidity

You can ask at your local pharmacy to get them. They usually come without prescription.
