Brief Answer:
Yes,you need upper endoscopy at this moment

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Having heartburn and burning pain in the stomach are suggestive for possible GERD or gastritis. Yes, I think you need an upper endoscopy for further evaluations and to decide for best treatment strategy.

For the moment, I advise to avoid foods that would aggravate/trigger your symptoms.
Eat often and small portions. Take antacids after meal.
Avoid laying down immediately after eating.

All the best!

Brief Answer:
you can take omeprazole

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

I am sorry that your stomach is severely cramping and bloating. I would add :
- omeprazole to ease stomach hyperacidity
- buscopan and domperidone to get relief from cramping

You can ask at your local pharmacy to get them. They usually come without prescription.

You should also continue following the advice as given earlier together with lifestyle and diet changes.

Hope it was of help!
