Suggest Treatment For Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia

Question: My dad has CMML1 and was diagnosed about 1 year ago. He has received no treatment yet, but based on his most recent labs-would you recommend treatment and if so, what kind. He also has late stage chronic lyme disease. Are any treatments contraindicated with this? What does all of this mean. I know its not good, but just want to understand what is going on. I provided mostly just the abnormal labs. If you need others let me know.
