Question : Hello. My father got chronic pain in knee. can you let me know the best treatment for that. he is not interested for surgery.

Hello,
Knee replacement is required if arthritis is in advance stage. If your father is not willing for surgery then I would suggest you following.
1. physiotherapist
2. Avoid sqautting and cross leg sitting.
3. Hot water fomentation
4. volitran gel
5. Synvisc injection or steroid injection
