Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pancreatitis

You seem to have chronic pancreatitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
First of all I should say that I can not find a question in your query. So I will do my best to give you the thoughts which might be helpful for you.
Are you able to tell when was your last abdominal CT? What was the reason of acute pancreatitits (stones, alcohol?)
According to the medicines you take, I assume that you do suffer from the abdominal pain due to chronic pancreatitis. The main reason of the pain are in such cases calcium stones in the pancreas blocking the pancreatic ducts. Luckily we know how to help in case of this stones. The first step is a procedure called ERCP (I am pretty sure you have had few of them during the pancreatitis episodes). It is possible to remove the stones and to place the stent draining the pancreas and decreasing the pain.
If this does not help, we are able to perform surgery of the pancreas.
I do not know if and when you have had ERCP done, but it seems like you need it to diagnose and possibly treat the pain.
Hope this helps.
Regards.
