Brief Answer:
You may be suffering from the rhinosinusitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that you may be suffering from the chronic rhinosinusitis.
I personally advised to go for the nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses to reach the near diagnosis and for better management.
You may try the conservative treatment before the investigation if you have not tried it includes
1. Tablet azithromycin 500mg once a day.
2. Netiwash nasal wash once a day.
3. Tablet fexofenadine 120mg once a day.
4. Steroid nasal spray once a day.
5. Steam inhalation thrive a day.
continue the treatment for one month.
