Have Chronic Sinusitis. Attack Only After Exposure. Why Headaches?

Sir, i have chronic sinusitis and have an attack eveytime it rains or due to dust exposure. Usual symptoms are dull fever, cold , cough and loss of weight.. Since past two weeks i have mild headache , along with pins and needles sensation in head, and all of my head has a dull pain. Could i be having brain fever, am very worried since i feel sleepy too
