Question: I have chronic sinusitis and post nasal drip caused by complication of cadwelluck operation I constntly using medicine for both for years I am tired of this pain can you advice me?

1 Since 2006 I never had any problems before and I was operated in 2006 after I had a low on my right face it also aggravated by long sleeping ,dusty atmosphere as well as cold aircon.
2 I use Sinusitis &apostl
drip by Vitaforce,flixonase,echina immune booster drops byBio-herbal,andolex-c spray,rubittussin cf and dm,universal drops byGoldex health care.
3 No discharge or smell only pain of which I take brufen and tylenol
4summer when I use aircon and cold wind.
6 dust
7no diagnosis
