Suggest Treatment For Chronic Sinusitis And Terrible Sinus Headaches

Go for CT Scan PNS
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query and your image; and suggests you that you may go for CT Scan Paranasal sinuses for better management.
You are on good treatment just want to add (under your doctor's guidance)
1. Macrolide antibiotic for fifteen days such as azithromycin or roxithromycin.
2. Systemic steroid such as prednisolone for fifteen days if there is no contraindication such as diabetes, hypertension etc.
3. Netiwash nasal wash once a day for atleast 6 weeks.
But for better line of treatment or to rule out other disease it is absolute necessary that you may go for CT Scan PNS (ParaNasal Sinuses) and send me the images.
Thanks
Wish you good health.

Yes, it is the paranasal sinuses
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your follow up query; and for your kind information paranasal sinuses are a group of four paired air-filled spaces that surround the
1. Nasal cavity i.e. cheek region (maxillary sinuses),
2. Above the eyes (frontal sinuses),
3. Between the eyes (ethmoidal sinuses), and
4. behind the ethmoids (sphenoidal sinuses).
The sinuses are named for the facial bones in which they are located.
And again I also suggest you above mentioned treatment.
Thanks
Wish you good health
