Brief Answer:
May be suffering from the secretary otitis media
Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that you may be suffering from the secretary otitis media.
You are on good treatment.
In this condition I personally advised to take a short course of steroid, chew Happydent chewgum five times a day, and start valsalva manoeuvre and steam inhalation atleast three times a day with your on going treatment after consulting with your doctor.
But to rule out other disease and to reach the near diagnosis you may go for impedance audiometry.
Thanks
