Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The term Spongiotic Dermatitis basically refers to a severe case of eczema associated with blister formation.

Its etiology is non specified. The mechanism involved is inflammatory meaning the common substances like soap, certain foods and fluids , when in contact, can lead to mounting of an inflammatory reaction leading to symptoms of itching and appearance of blistered lesions on the skin.

The key is to isolate the trigger which varies considerably from person to person.
Keep the skin moisturized.
Avoid frequent water exposure.

The treatment is basically with steroids. If you are allergic to cortisone and prednisolone then triamcinolone is a good option and so is hydrocortisone.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
